Strobe

to do this effect is easy. you just drag the video and add the desired strobe effect to the clip. then you drop the folder down and click stylize and you will see the effect strobe light. i added two effect to increase the strobe light effect. then you see a way to change the color and i left it white but for the second one i changed it to a bright red. then i randomly played with the effects of the way to edit it and i got lucky with the efects and then boom! this video clip was super crazy strobe light.
